  • Obtained eight-figure settlement on eve of trial for hedge fund in claim against law firm for failing to file timely a UCC-1 statement to secure a loan to an agricultural processing plant.
  • Defended law firm in federal lawsuit claiming firm committed malpractice in connection with an international sale of securities.
  • On eve of trial, obtained favorable settlement for owner of pristine forest land in Argentina, because a leading international law firm failed to assert numerous viable claims when prosecuting an environmental claim against BP for environmental damage.
